Eating my words and a bunch of pictures

Super nerdy post this week, most of my time is going to packing and studying.  But some cool stuff happened that I am excited about. There is some Enchanted Kingdoms art at the end if you want to skip to that. A little over a week and Nintendo, and their friends, are making me eat my words. So in light of the recent announcement of the extension of the production of the mini SNES systems I have been proven wrong. Also they have announced Octopath traveler, a Square Enix game that I am trying to keep my excitement for under control.  At this point I am back on board wanting a Switch, and SNES mini.  Dang it Nintendo. Going to have to save up for those. Unfortunately, I dont have time to fight with blogger and get the images to line up the way i want, so i am sorrry for then all lining up in the center.  Last week Hasbro showed off the newest Optimus Prime toy. It can transform into a cartoon accurate Orion Pax:  which can combine with the trailer to form an impressive Leader

Crossroads and synthwave

Man, so missing Monday really threw off my groove. Also moving is the worst, I totally forgot how much the worst it is. More specifically packing in a cramped apartment is no fun, especially with sick children. Luckily our new place will be a house and somewhere we can plan to stay for a long time. They are in order of age; Nevara, Irundew, and Ozerro.  Each crossroad has sections that are connected to the Brightwylds and sections that are c

Knight VS Fighter a battle of talents

As things stand now, the classes in Enchanted Kingdoms do not have the same balance, as far as talent progression go, when compared to the classes in Dungeons and Delvers: Dice Pool.  As such I am planning to work with David and Melissa, the creators of that game, to have conversion tables available so that their classes can be used in EK if desired AND so that the EK classes can be used in a Dungeons and Delvers game. To illustrate this point I will compare the Knight from Enchanted Kingdoms to the Fighter from Dungeons and delvers.  They both have very similar concepts and fit the same role in each game: the armor wearing front line combatant.  In Delvers the Fighter starts with one talent and ganes a new talent at 3 rd , 7 th , and 9 th levels. At 5 th and 10 th levels they gain the ability to make an additional attack, which is essentially a very good class specific talent for those levels.  The knight appears very similar at first glance, becaused it is nearly the same. It s
